I like Sasha, she's cool and all but Sasha barely got character development, Gabi does, hell Gabi has better character development than the majority of the cast.

So yeah, I freaking love Gabi, she's one of the best characters in AOT at this point IMHO.

At first I hated Gabi when she killed Sasha and it was because her mindset towards the Eldian's was that they were the wrong people.

But when she realised what they had to face , she understood and now you can see she is bit matured.

Exactly, Gabi had no idea that they were all the same, and therefore she did what she did because she believed she could protect her country by enacting revenge. Also, there are some people here saying Gabi is disposable when she's literally one of the key factors that made things the way they are now. I mean look at how it affected everyone, even marleyans and what happened to Eren. And look at how many things she's done to redeem herself. People tend to overlook so much in this series, I'm glad you haven't 👍

i mean aside from her killing sasha,Gabi started as a trash character,from the way she was brainwashed and how she was a very narrow minded narcissist,with the way she was blindly blaming the people of paradise while turning a blind eye from the fact that they've been doing the same thing if not even worse back in marley,but eventually she got her redemption arc the more time she spent on paradise and become a better character,so does this remove everything that she have done since she showed up???No,is she making up for the bs that she have done yes,does that mean she aight maybe,does that make her one of the best characters in this show as some of y'all might say???absolutely no,you have many other characters that deserve this spot and that's unarguable.

I don't hate her because she killed sasha or was brainwashed and stupid. I think those are justified. I just hate how perfect she's even before the aimbot stuff when she was first introduced I felt like there is something wrong with making a 12 yo girl be this strong and capable that she helps in a battle and manages to avoid every bullet. In the beginning the series showed even the most well trained and capable soldiers can die in mere seconds. Gabi seems out of place in a story that began like that.

Exactly this, she is supposed to be this parallel to Eren that the author created to show her journey going from a brainwashed lunatic to facing reality and changing her views and becoming redeemable, but she never quite achieves that because the author hamfists her into all the crucial moments forcefully trying to make her look good and perfect with no flaws as she succeeds where literally everyone else fails every single time, which in the end totally ruins any struggle she may need to go through inorder to redeem her mistakes and evolve.
